1. Eligibility

To participate as a referrer, you must:

  • Hold an active Flytographer account.
  • Have no history of fraud or misconduct on Flytographer.

To qualify as a referred individual, the person you refer must:

  • Be a genuine first-time customer who has not previously purchased a shoot or gift card from Flytographer.
  • Register for a new Flytographer account using your personal referral link, or hold an existing account not previously associated with another referrer.
  • Not be the same person as the referrer.
  • Have no history of fraud or misconduct on Flytographer.

2. How Referrals Work

Share your unique referral link with friends and family through personal channels. When your referred friend creates an account via your link and completes their first purchase, you earn $25 in referral credit. Your friend receives a $25 discount coupon applied to their first purchase.

Credits are applied to your account after the referred purchase is confirmed.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Sharing

Your referral link is for personal sharing only. Permitted channels include direct messages, email, and private communications with people you know personally.

You may not post or distribute your referral link on coupon websites, deal forums, discount aggregators, or any website whose primary purpose is to collect or distribute promotional codes. Posting on such sites will result in forfeiture of credits associated with those referrals and may result in removal from the program. Sharing on personal social media where your primary intent is to recommend Flytographer to people you know is permitted, provided you are not targeting strangers searching for discount codes. If you wish to promote Flytographer and earn commission on qualifying purchases, please apply to our Affiliate Program.

4. Referral Credits

Referral credits are the reward you earn for each confirmed referral of a first-time customer.

  • Credits are automatically applied in full to your next eligible purchase.
  • Credits can be used toward photo shoots and gift cards only. They cannot be applied to Layflat Albums, print purchases, Travel Shop items, or previously booked shoots.
  • Credits are not transferable between accounts and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If your credit balance exceeds the purchase amount, the remaining balance will be retained in your account for use on a future purchase.

5. April 2026 Layflat Album Credit Promotion

During the month of April 2026 (April 1–30, 2026), referrers may transfer eligible referral credits toward free Layflat Albums under the following terms:

How It Works

  • For every $25 in referral credits generated from confirmed referrals during April 2026, you may transfer that credit toward a free Flytographer Layflat Album, valued at $215 USD.
  • Each $25 referral credit transferred entitles you to one (1) free Layflat Album.
  • You may redeem up to four (4) free Layflat Albums during the April 2026 promotional period.

Redeeming Your Layflat Album Credit

  • Layflat Album credits will be displayed in the Order Layflat Albums tab of your Flytographer account.
  • Layflat Album credits can be applied to any of your Flytographer galleries.
  • Layflat Album credits must be redeemed by December 31, 2026. Any unredeemed Layflat Album credits will expire and be forfeited after this date.

Additional Terms

  • Credits generated before April 1st, 2026 are not eligible to be redeemed for a Layflat Album. Only referral credits generated from qualifying referrals confirmed during April 1–30, 2026 are eligible for Layflat Album credit transfer.
  • Referral credits that are transferred toward Layflat Album credits cannot also be applied toward photo shoots, gift cards, or other purchases.
  • Layflat Album credits are not transferable between accounts and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • This promotion may be modified or discontinued at any time at Flytographer’s sole discretion.

6. Referee Coupon

The referred individual receives a one-time $25 discount coupon applied to their first purchase. This coupon cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

7. Combining Credits with Other Offers

Referral credits may be combined with other Flytographer promotions outside the Refer a Friend program, provided their use complies with the terms of those promotions.

8. Program Integrity and Fraud

Flytographer takes program integrity seriously. The following constitute violations of these terms:

  • Self-referral or referring accounts you control.
  • Creating multiple accounts to generate referral credits.
  • Sharing referral links publicly or in prohibited channels.
  • Any activity designed to artificially generate referral credits.

Flytographer reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse. Upon finding a violation, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Forfeit all credits associated with the violating referrals.
  • Deactivate your entire referral credit balance, including any Layflat Album credits issued under the April 2026 promotion.
  • Terminate your participation in the program.
  • Take any additional action permitted under our general Terms of Service.

9. Program Changes and Termination

Flytographer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend program at any time, with or without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of material changes.

Flytographer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
