Having trouble with your card?

Top 3 reasons why your card might be declined

  1. You are trying to use a debit or Visa debit card.
    Flytographer only accepts credit cards. Please try again with another form of payment!
  2. You have a fraud alert on your account. 
    Flytographer is located in Canada, and sometimes banks consider this an “international” purchase and require pre-authorization before allowing the charge. Please contact your bank to authorize the payment and try again.
  3. You are travelling abroad at the moment.
    Sometimes if you are travelling and you have not alerted your bank, they may decline purchases on your behalf. Please contact your bank to authorize the charge.
