He was incredibly helpful even before we booked with him, by answering questions we had about his recommendations for the ideal location and timing for our family. His instructions for meeting up were incredibly clear, and especially reassuring for going to a site we hadn't visited before. Our hour together felt fun and not at all rushed, and we were able to take photos at several beautiful spots. Coo had a wonderful manner with our toddler and was able to capture so many shots of her that we'll treasure forever. His eye and style are excellent, and we were really thrilled with the results. In addition to his artistry, Coo is just a lovely person; he recommended some local spots in Kyoto that ended up being some of our most memorable experiences of the trip. We also appreciate that he turned around our photos so quickly. I couldn't recommend Coo more! ”
