What are the conditions of the October Double Referral Month?
During the timeframe of October 1-31, 2025, the referral credits (earned by the referrer) and the referral coupon (discount on a referred individual’s first purchase) are both doubled from $25 to $50. This means that the referred individual must have been referred during this timeframe, AND must complete their first purchase (photoshoot booking or gift card) during this timeframe to be eligible for the $50 referral discount, and for the referrer to earn $50 in referral credit. Any referrals or first-time purchases that happen after October 31, 2025 will receive our regular referral bonuses ($25).
Who can participate in the Refer a Friend program?
As a referrer, you must meet the following requirements:
- Have an existing Flytographer account.
- Have no records of fraud or other misconduct on Flytographer.
The friends you refer must meet the following requirements:
- Register for a new Flytographer account using your personal referral link, or have an existing Flytographer account that has not been associated with any other referrer.
- Not purchased a photo shoot or gift card from Flytographer in the past.
- Not be the same user as the referrer and have no records of fraud or other misconduct on Flytographer.
Where can I share my referral code or link?
Referral codes and links are intended for personal sharing only. Referrers are prohibited from posting or sharing referral codes or links on public coupon websites, forums, or any other public platforms.
Referred individuals must obtain referral codes or links through genuine personal referrals.
What are referral credits and how do I redeem it?
Flytographer referral credits are what you earn with each successful referral of a first-time customer. Your referral credit balance is automatically applied to your next purchase in full.
Referral credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash. They can be used towards photo shoots and gift cards. They cannot be used toward print purchases or photo books. They cannot be applied to previous purchases, such as previously booked photo shoots.
Can referral credits be combined with other offers?
Referral credits can be combined with other offers and promotions outside of the Refer a Friend Program, as long as their use complies with the terms of the other offers and promotions.
What is a referral coupon?
A referral coupon is a discount on a referred individual’s first purchase with Flytographer. It can be applied to photo shoots and gift card purchases, and may not be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions.
Who can I refer and when do I earn my referral credits?
You can refer any friend or family member if it is their first time purchasing from Flytographer. You will only earn referral credits if the referred individual creates a Flytographer account following your personal referral link (tracked via cookies) and completes their first purchase; or if the referred individual enters your referral code at checkout.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes. Referral credits can be accumulated from multiple successful referrals (e.g., successfully referring 3 friends while a Double Referral Promotion is running results in $150 credit).
Is there a limit on the amount of referral credits I can earn?
There is no limit on the referral credits you can earn. However, we reserve the right to deactivate referral credits and/or terminate your participation in the Refer a Friend program in cases of suspected fraud, misconduct, or violation of our program terms.
Will there be changes to the program in the future?
Flytographer reserves the right to modify or terminate our Refer a Friend program at any time, without prior notice.
