“ We are NOT camera people. Like, at all. We warned Rachael ahead of time that we were both extremely awkward and needed full direction, and she showed up with a game plan that made us forget we were nervous very quickly. She started the session by walking us through her favorite tips for posing and how to hold ourselves, which instantly took the pressure off. Instead of "act natural" (the two words every awkward person dreads), she gave us specific, easy prompts that made everything feel like we were just hanging out. Walk here, look at each other, now laugh. She was incredibly generous with her time and never once felt rushed. The energy was warm and encouraging the entire shoot, and she clearly loves what she does. The photos are absolutely gorgeous. For two people who hate being in front of the camera, this experience was a game changer. If you're nervous, if you don't know how to pose, if you think you're not photogenic, book Rachael.
