Flytographer Chelsea on Netflix's Stay Here
The first episode of the Stay Here series took place in Seattle where houseboat sees a stunning revamp reminiscent of a Scandinavian summer cottage. Our local Seattle Flytographer Chelsea captured the gorgeous dockside photo shoot of the homeowners alongside their renovated property.
After you’ve “Netflix and chilled” with the latest episode of Stay Here.. you might just be inspired to book a trip to this pacific northwest gem. We’ve rounded up Flytographer’s top three must do local experiences and insider tips for the city of Seattle. 1. Pike Place Market: The public market overlooking the Elliott Bay is over 100 years old. Check out Pike Place Fish, arguably one of the most famous stalls in the market and chat with the local fishmongers while marvelling in some fish slinging fun.
2. Gum Wall: Yes, this really is a wall covered.in.gum. If you are looking for something a little quirky, slightly gross, but interactive, this is it. Located at the entrance of Pike Place Market, the 50ft gum wall has been going for over 20 years and has grown into a gum alley of sorts. This is one for the Instagram feeds people.
3. Alki Beach Park– Located west of North Admiral this community has a california-esque quality. With epic views of the Seattle skyline Alki is over 2.5 miles long and is the perfect stretch of beach to inspire a long walk, jog, take in some beachcombing or simply people watch (our favourite sport)!
4. Capture your trip with a Flytographer vacation photographer: Spend your holiday soaking in the sights and sounds of Puget Sound, and leave the photography to a local expert. Bonus! Your local photographer will give you insider tips on the city that you might not have learned otherwise.
