Travel Story
Though we've only been married for a little over two years, they've been two of the busiest, memory filled years of our lives. For us, there were a lot of other large life events (on top of getting married) that demanded our time and energy. We were able to take a week to travel somewhere new and enjoy dedicated time with one another; to make new memories together. My favourite part of Prague was wandering through the old neighborhoods, away from the hectic tourists streets, imagining what everyday life looks like this historic city.
Travel Tips
Our favourite place in Prague was the Strahov Monastery, hands down. There's a wonderful brewery and restaurant with some of the best pork hock in the city (go hungry!) and one of the most gorgeous libraries I've ever seen. If the Strahov Library is on your list, make sure you book in advance! They only have so many tours offered with a guide and it makes the experience so much richer.
