Spring Break Getaway to Portland

Travel Story
My boys love, love, love basketball. Playing, watching, talking about it. The closest NBA team to us (we are in Victoria, Canada) is the Portland Trailblazers. We decided to make a trip down to Oregon over spring break to watch a game, and soak up all Portland has to offer. One of my favourite memories was simply strolling the streets of Portland and talking about life. No devices, no distractions, just us, together, exploring. Stay weird Portland, we love you just the way you are.
Travel Tips
We only had three days but packed a lot in! Our must-see things include eating at the food trucks (a foodie's dream!), getting lost for hours inside Powell Books, indulging in Voodoo Donuts (yum!), visiting the robot exhibit at OMSI (the science center), ice cream at Salt and Straw, walking around the local zoo, and of course, making awesome signs in our hotel room and taking them to the NBA game where Damian Lillard crushed it! PS - we also did a Flytographer shoot, (obvi!) and it was really fun to spend time with Whitney, our local Flytographer and learn all her cool insider tips on the city.
