The calm, crystal-blue waters of Kalapaki Bay are ideal for water activities. Take the chance to take a surf lesson or contemplate the awe-inspiring beauty around on a stand-up paddleboard. Surrounded by the Kalapaki cliffs, palm trees, and banana trees, the stretch of sand also offers enough space for practicing sports or sunbathing under the Hawaiian sun. At the very end of the beach, you'll find Hawaiian flowers. The beach is close to the airport and Lihue, the commercial center of the island of Kauai. But once in Kalapaki Bay, you don't need to go far to find wonderful restaurants and boutiques.
