(Fun fact: photography actually means \u201cto write with light.\u201d) Keep in mind the different types of directional lighting when setting up your shot: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">front lighting, side lighting and backlighting, and adjust your subject accordingly. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s also important to be aware of shadows and the time of day \u2014 \u201cGolden Hour\u201d is always a safe bet when shooting outdoors. There are many apps available to help edit, but we recommend <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/adobe-lightroom-photo-editor\/id878783582\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lightroom<\/a> (coupled with <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.flytographer.com\/products\/flytographer-preset-collection\">Flytographer presets<\/a>, of course!).
