    2. Fa\u2019aruma\u2019i Waterfalls<\/b><\/h2>\n


    <\/b>Get ready to be amazed by three cascading beauties. Just a 30-minute drive from Papeete, the capital of Tahiti, the three majestic Fa\u2019aruma\u2019i Waterfalls sit in a gorgeous Tahitian forest. \ud83c\udf33 They are the most popular and accessible waterfalls on the island and three of the best places to take photos in Tahiti.<\/span><\/p>\n

    A short hike cutting through a grove of chestnut trees and beautiful plants and flowers leads you to Vaimahutu, the first waterfall. Another 20 minutes of scenic hiking, and you reach the second and third waterfalls, Haamarere Iti and Haamarere Rahi, both near to one another.     3. Plage de la Pointe Venus<\/b><\/h2>\n


    <\/b>Famous for its black sands and historic lighthouse, Plage de la Pointe Venus is lined with swaying palm and casuarina trees, all of which make it extra photogenic. \ud83c\udf34 The lighthouse is the highlight. \ud83d\udca1 Completed in 1867 to celebrate the arrival of English explorer Captain Samuel Wallis, this is the only lighthouse in Tahiti and a very Instagrammable backdrop for photos.<\/span><\/p>\n
