\u201cI travel every year with my mom, but most of the time we do beach destinations and we basically do nothing except have fun, eat good food and drink excellent local wines.
But this year was different. My mom was recovering from a surgery and spent the last several months with chemo and radiotherapy. It was hard, but my mom is a strong woman and got through all of it very smoothly.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, when I got my own photography appointment in Venice, I took my mom with me so we could spend a few days together and celebrate a new beginning. Compared to our typical lazy holidays, we walked and wandered around the city on our own every day without a travel agency. And it was so good! I felt this holiday had to be captured.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe best thing about Flytographer is that you are meeting local folks and they know the best places. So the whole experience is not only about having beautiful pictures from your vacation, but also to meet new friends.<\/p>\n

\u201cVenice is a beautiful place with tons of tourists. Take any side path to avoid the crowds and you will find pure magic. We found a nice pizzeria called Osteria Al Ponte del Diavolo<\/a> right next to one of Venice\u2019s canals. It just caught us by the smell of the food and the charming seating by the canal was amazing.\u201d \u2013 Eliska<\/p>\n
