Why? It was the first city I visited in Europe and now I\u2019ve been there six times. I quickly found that though I do things that tourists do, like take walking tours and visit museums and palaces, I don\u2019t feel like a tourist. This was definitely a vacation, but it was more of a return to a place that feels very much like home.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/5ad05dd0bb346_London%20vacation%20photographer.jpgLondon%20vacation%20photographer\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/5ad05de225fc9_London%20vacation%20photographer.jpgLondon%20vacation%20photographer\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/5ad05df34aba7_London%20vacation%20photographer.jpgLondon%20vacation%20photographer\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/5ad05e04c461b_London%20vacation%20photographer.jpgLondon%20vacation%20photographer\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOn this particular trip, I finally decided to climb the 528 steps to the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stpauls.co.uk\/history-collections\/history\/explore-the-cathedral\/climb-the-dome\">Golden Gallery<\/a> at the top of St. Paul\u2019s Cathedral. I am afraid of heights so I\u2019d always been apprehensive about doing it, but I thought I\u2019d finally give it a try. Toward the bottom, it felt like climbing steps, but toward the top, it felt more like climbing a ladder. Coming back down was much easier! But the views from the top were stunning and I\u2019m glad I did it.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/5ad05e16c8fca_London%20vacation%20photographer.jpgLondon%20vacation%20photographer\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/5ad05e29063ee_London%20vacation%20photographer.jpgLondon%20vacation%20photographer\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/5ad05e3a9b095_London%20vacation%20photographer.jpgLondon%20vacation%20photographer\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stpauls.co.uk\/\">St. Paul\u2019s<\/a> is my favourite building in the world and I love the way it stands out proudly in the London skyline. Climb to the top of St. Paul\u2019s Cathedral.<\/strong> Amy\u2019s experience says it all. It\u2019s a fun way to see what the locals are eating and sample several dishes at once. <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.boroughmarket.org.uk\/\">Borough Market<\/a> even offers <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.boroughmarket.org.uk\/events\/gastrotours-a-taste-of-borough-market\">gastro tours<\/a>&nbsp;guided by a food writer.<\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/5ad05ec8e017d_London%20vacation%20photographer.jpgLondon%20vacation%20photographer\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/5ad05edabd833_London%20vacation%20photographer.jpgLondon%20vacation%20photographer\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/5ad05eec458aa_London%20vacation%20photographer.jpgLondon%20vacation%20photographer\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
