Prague is a hot spot for inventive and unique restaurants, so there\u2019s no shortage of new foods to try! But a trip wouldn\u2019t be complete without trying some traditional Czech food at <\/span>Lok\u00e1l<\/span><\/a>. This popular pub has multiple locations around Prague and is a hit with locals and visitors alike. You can\u2019t go wrong with a Pilsner and a classic Czech dish like sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e1 (sveech-ko-vuh).<\/span><\/p>\n

For the best burgers and fries in Prague, head to the trendy Vinohrady district to <\/span>Dish<\/span><\/a>. Be sure to make a reservation because the secret is out and the tables are few! <\/span><\/p>\n

The coffee scene in Prague is thriving, but not all cafes are created equal. We recommend <\/span>Kav\u00e1rna co hled\u00e1 jm\u00e9no<\/span><\/a> for something off the beaten path, <\/span>Super Tramp Coffee<\/span><\/a> for its unique & hidden location, <\/span>La Boheme Cafe<\/span><\/a> for an Instagrammable interior, and\u2026 <\/span>this Starbucks<\/span>. It has the best views of the city, neighbors the beautiful Prague Castle, and is worth the stop if you can snag a table on one of the stunning outdoor terraces for panoramic views of the city from above.<\/span><\/p>\n

For an easy morning, we\u2019d recommend grabbing a coffee and pastry at <\/span>Kav\u00e1rna Nov\u00fd Sv\u011bt<\/span> before strolling down quaint streets lined with colorful pastel buildings down to the Prague Castle<\/a>, and then explore the beautiful streets of the Mala Strana neighborhood.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nVojanovy Sady (Vojan Gardens) and Vald\u0161tejnsk\u00e1 zahrada (Wallenstein Gardens) are two stunning and free gardens nearby that are perfect for resting your feet after hours of walking along the cobblestoned streets. Head to <\/span>Letna beer garden<\/span> for panoramic views and a small, but quality, selection of local beers to refresh and refuel after a long day of walking.<\/span><\/p>\n

St\u0159eleck\u00fd ostrov is a romantic island hidden in plain sight. Located under Legion Bridge, this enchanting island is a must-visit for a unique view of the Charles Bridge and watching the paddle boats pass by. Whether you have kids or are a kid at heart, we think an hour of paddle boating is a must-do, and bring along snacks, drinks and music for the ideal picnic situation!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
