    Olympic Venue Concepts<\/b><\/h2>\n

    Back in 2021 (delayed because of the pandemic), the Summer Olympic Games were held in Tokyo, Japan. \ud83c\uddef\ud83c\uddf5 Three years later, the goal for the Olympic Games in Paris will be to \u201ctransform the city\u2019s iconic landmarks into sporting arenas to set the stage for great sporting moments against a backdrop of Paris\u2019 magnificent monuments.\u201d \ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7 The organizing committee has designed<\/span> 35 venue concepts<\/span><\/a> to discover summer in Paris, the <\/span>\u00ce<\/span>le-de-France region and the rest of France for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This concept of designing venues around landmarks has never been done to this scale in Europe or anywhere in the world. Which iconic landmarks will be transformed into the ultimate competition space?<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Trocad\u00e9ro<\/strong>: Experience the city\u2019s renowned landmark and lively square; bask in the sun by day and indulge in mesmerizing light shows by night. Events to take place will most likely be the triathlon, para-triathlon, road cycling, running (marathon and 20km race walk) and swimming (10km marathon swimming) events.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Pont Alexandre III<\/strong>: <\/b>Discover the most photogenic and romantic Parisian bridge, which offers breathtaking views and is conveniently located near significant monuments. Events to take place here are projected to be the marathon (swimming), triathlon, para-triathlon and road cycling.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Champ de Mars<\/strong>: Capture the iconic Eiffel Tower in all its beauty from dawn to dusk at one of the best vantage points in town. Events to take place here are projected to be beach volleyball and blind football.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      We have only highlighted three of the 35 venues planned for the Paris Olympics 2024; however, there will be many other venues. There are 28 official sports in the Summer Games, including classics such as<\/span> artistic gymnastics<\/span><\/a>,<\/span> volleyball<\/span><\/a> and the<\/span> torch relay<\/span><\/a>. Paris 2024 officially proposed four new sports to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to launch at the Summer Games.
