Taking a 3-week tour through the country, she and her new husband, Adam, stopped in <a href=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/destinations\/amalfi-coast\">Positano<\/a>, where they decided to capture their honeymoon memories with <a href=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/destinations\/rome\">Flytographer Roberta<\/a> behind the lens.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/5ad00dc78cd43_Italian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer.jpgItalian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>Their Story<\/h2>\n<p>Alicia:<em> \u201cOur wedding was August 15th, 2015 in Pemberton, British Columbia. We left a month later for a three-week honeymoon in Italy. Our itinerary included Rome, Venice, Florence, Cinque Terre, and Positano. I\u2019m the kind of person who never had a lifelong vision for a \u2018dream wedding,\u2019 but I certainly knew I\u2019d always wanted to honeymoon in Italy! We toured around the country via train. It would be way too tough to pick a favourite location, because they were all so different and amazing in their own way!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/5ad00dca6fa0a_Italian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer.jpgItalian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe decided to book a Flytographer shoot in Positano on the Amalfi Coast. It was our last destination and we were spending almost a whole week there, so we knew it\u2019d provide the perfectly stunning (but relaxed) setting.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/5ad00dcd85638_Italian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer.jpgItalian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/5ad00dd0aa3f7_Italian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer.jpgItalian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/5ad00dd3d0235_Italian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer.jpgItalian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt\u2019s nearly impossible to narrow down our favourite memory, as the entire trip was truly spectacular. I think my personal favourite was our \u2018bonus\u2019 last night in Rome en route back home. We discovered a really cute little neighbourhood called Monti; we enjoyed a glass of wine there by the fountain, surrounded by locals. It was incredibly romantic and something I\u2019ll always cherish.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>      <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/5ad00dd6d9a05_Italian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer.jpgItalian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/flyphotoprod.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/5ad00dd9cda01_Italian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer.jpgItalian%20Honeymoon%20in%20Amalfi%20|%20Amalfi%20Coast%20Vacation%20Photographer\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMy biggest recommendation is to stay in Cinque Terre. A lot of people go to the towns for a day trip, but that is absolutely not the way to see and experience it! We found the cutest Airbnb in Vernazza, and our Italy adventure would not have been the same without it.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMy other advice for travellers in Italy is to utilize the train system. Don\u2019t expect a ton of direct advice from anyone, just embody their easygoing attitude \u2013 it\u2019s all part of the adventure. Learning at least a couple of Italian phrases will easily carry you through your trip.
