Amy is available for bookings around New Orleans for minimum 60 minute shoots, as well as Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and all the little cajun towns in between.
I would describe my photography as organized documentary style. Most people aren't comfortable just putting on a show for the camera, so I like to guide them and make it fun, creating a more natural result. Sometimes I get to meet local celebrities when shooting for magazines, but most of my days are spent documenting families and small children. My goal is to tell your story and document your time here, creating images that your family will treasure for generations and generations.
- I love to hang out with my family. When I am not working, I try to soak in these moments, whether it be at the movies, watching a football game with them or in the backyard or at the park.
- One thing I cannot live without is a good massage; they help keep me on the go without being in pain.
- People think I am crazy, but the good kind. Sometimes I like to bring funny masks in my car and surprise people. Imagine working at the drive-thru and a car pulls up with a gorilla staring at you. My husband recently bought me a giraffe mask, so be on the lookout! I like to keep it weird.
Favourite Place to Shoot in New Orleans
It would be a tie between the character of the French Quarter and the moss-covered oaks in Audubon Park.
