Your Photographer in San Francisco: Meet Maria Daniela

Meet Maria Daniela

I am a photographer from Venezuela currently living between San Francisco and Barcelona, developing my artistic projects and working on commissioned assignments. As a documentary photographer, my purpose is to tell stories through my photos. When I am taking pictures I try not to intervene, allowing room for authenticity and candid moments to take place naturally.

Three Things

  1. I am a plant lover, dog fan and always looking forward to sunny days!
  2. Besides having fun and spending time with my dog Bobi, I volunteer at the SF SPCA photographing, training and walking rescue dogs.
  3. I am always wearing at least 3 different colors, and I’m older than I look!

Favourite Place to Shoot in SF
I love the Mission District for its authenticity and colorful murals, Bernal Hill for its spectacular 360 view, and The Castro for the amazing vibe and Victorian homes.

Languages Spoken
Spanish, English, French and little bit of Catalan
