There is nothing more important than family – and while we normally get to capture families in the ‘here and now’, it’s a special treat when we get to help a family revisit their roots, and learn the history of where they really came from! For Elizabeth’s mom, Penny, this meant an extra-special birthday trip to Scotland to learn more about her ancestry, while also enjoying some mother-daughter bonding time. We were so excited when we heard we would have the chance to capture these ladies again (they had an awesome multi-generational shoot in Paris!*), and these pictures captured by Jilli did not disappoint!
